Please join me in July 2019 for an exciting Vals / Tango series. There will be 2 classes in vals criollo and 3 classes in Argentine tango. The vals is such a wonderful part of the Argentine tango trilogy. It has it’s own separate tempo and is loved by all at any milonga. Learn how to work with the timing and melodies set aside for the vals. The tango portion of the series will be equally enjoyable as we explore some wonderful elements that we can use on the social dance floor with some special moves we can share at the end of the evening when the crowd has thinned out and we have more space.

In June our series will be Argentine tango. In these progressive classes will be working on some interesting sacada combinations and changes of directions for leaders and followers that we can use within our zone of movement. Ideally suited for the line of dance and the social dance floor.

Our May classes will consist of 4 weeks of Argentine tango . We will be working on a lovely quarter sacada for the follower and step back into the salida for the leader. A great little sequence to work on balance and axis. Broken down into bite size elements that can be used on any social dance floor
